Description

The flag of Malta is a bicolor, with white in the hoist and red in the fly. A representation of the George Cross, awarded to Malta by George VI in 1942, is carried, edged with red, in the canton of the white stripe. This flag is ideal for the low-wind area. The lightweight design allows the flag to fly in a mild breeze. However, outdoor use in super windy areas is not recommended. The color is very sharp and vivid. In addition, the dye has been processed for UV fade resistance, suitable for outdoor use.
