RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

a) Ready-to-Ship, in-Stock Products

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by sending email to sales@cobbpromo.com and after receiving RMA # ship the items to our warehouse. Once received, we will proceed to refund the cost of the items minus any shipping charges incurred and/or a restock fee of 20%. Buyer assumes all liability for the product until it reaches our facility. Due to the nature of the product any opened and used items may not be returned.

If you wish to exchange a product, then follow the same return procedure as mentioned above. You agree to pay the two-way shipping cost and any price difference between the two products.

b) Made-to-Order, Custom Design Products

All sales are final on any custom printed item and can not be returned or exchanged. Once the proof is approved by the customer, Cobb Promo will assume no responsibility of any typographical or design errors.
